2023-2024 Kindergarten Screening

Our annual Kindergarten screening for the 2023-2024 school year will be held at Hebron Elementary on Wednesday, May 3 and Thursday, May 4. Times for both days are 9:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

For more information or to make an appointment, call 740-928-7126 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Screenings are free and include a vision and hearing exam along with academic testing and speech screening.

Please bring:

• Birth certificate

• Updated immunization record

• Court papers showing custody if parents are divorced or separated

• 2 proofs of residence with the street address (examples include: deed, lease, utility bill, etc.) 

• Photo ID
