SUPPLEMENTAL CONTRACT

2025-2026 School Year

Lakewood High School is currently looking for a Head Girls Varsity Volleyball Coach. Successful Head Coaching experience is preferred, but not required. We are seeking an individual that is capable and motivated to build a successful program while planning, developing, mentoring student/athletes.

The ideal candidate will be a positive, well-rounded, and engaging person that will facilitate growth and collaboration both on and off the court of play. Candidate also must possess a creative and innovative approach with proven techniques to develop and maintain an efficient, competitive Volleyball program for grades for 9-12.

Qualified candidates must also possess strong communication skills, relational skills, and organizational skills in order to develop and maintain an overall successful program & winning culture focused on academics, character, and athletic excellence that includes the importance/understanding of team dynamics and team chemistry.

Applicants must possess or be able to obtain a Pupil Activity Permit, pass an FBI/BCI background check, meet all additional OHSAA certifications and support the values of the Lakewood Local School district.
