TREASURER

On behalf of the Treasurer's Office, welcome to the Lakewood Local School District.  In the Treasurer's Office, we strive to be outstanding stewards of the money entrusted us by the taxpayers investment in public education, while demonstrating fiscal integrity and ethical behavior to the staff and community of the Lakewood Local School District.

The Treasurer's Office has received several awards of distinction from the Ohio Auditor of State for Excellence in Financial Reporting.  In addition, every year the district receives a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for its Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) from the Government Finance Officers Association, as well as an Award for Outstanding Achievement in Popular Annual Reporting for its Popular Annual Report (PAFR) from the Government Finance Officers Association.
