FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

We take pride in our facilities. Our goal is to provide a safe, clean and well maintained learning environment for all students and staff.

To support our efforts, we have developed a 5-Year Capital Improvement Plan that outlines how we will address the needs of our facilities over the next few years.

NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR DESIGN PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

The Lakewood Local School District Board of Education is accepting qualifications from design
professionals to provide design services for its HVAC and Controls Replacement Project. The
Project is anticipated to include the replacement of the HVAC and controls system at Lakewood
High School.

Interested firms may request an RFQ from Glenna Plaisted, Treasurer/CFO, at gplaisted@lakewoodlocal.k12.oh.us. Qualifications will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. local time, March 27, 2024.
