Lakewood Local Schools Will Hold Public Auction for Hebron Elementary Building

On Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at 2 PM the Lakewood Local Schools will hold a Public Auction for the sale of the school building and property that it sits on at 709 Deacon St., Hebron, OH 43025. The Public Auction will occur at the Lakewood Local Schools District Office at 525 E. Main St., Hebron, OH. The minimum bid is $650,000 and only unconditional bids will be accepted. The building will be sold AS IS immediately upon the conclusion of the auction, the highest bidder will be required to sign a Purchase Agreement and pay a $20,000 deposit in cash or by cashier’s check made payable to Lakewood Local Schools. The Board of Education will review the auction results at its next Board meeting following the auction.
